Three suburban college-bound Asian girls seek revenge for the drug killing of their friend in the projects of New York City. Shocked by the lack of outcry and attention by the public for this killing, they rise together as a voice for Asians. They enlist the help of an old former Chinese gangster and use their minds instead of brawn.
